Your choices regarding the factions, slavery for two of the factions thrives, assasination and annexation for another, or a terrible caste system for the other - quite frankly, I am rooting for the new bloods to absolutely wreak havoc and chaos to all the factions, and keep the deadfire ungovernable - SJW or feminist ideology is the least of this trainwrecks problems.ĭon't get me wrong, I fully agree with all of these points. Think I am going to have to disagree with some of this Lockmort - POE 2 is not a failure because of identity politics - it is a failure because - quite frankly, it's a terrible game, from the main quest being subpar, the new characters being written terribly (C mon, the priestess you get, truly sucks, and is as annoying as Imoen in BG), the sea battles were extremely tedious and boring, the Factions all had aspects which made me vomit, minus the new blood principi, and allowing them to be dominant gives the worst ending, The Antagonist - well - you had no options regarding him, he breaks the wheel whatever you do, and you cannot fight him. But please, continue your useless identity politics that ruin practically every entertainment form out there, up to the point where it gets embarassing and doesn't sell anymore so no one gets anything good. Gamers don't denounce people who are different, they denounce games that are particulary extremely catered to them to the point of pandering, instead of simply including them and putting everyone on equal ground.
